block either through Built In Blocks or generate your own block using the Custom Block
functionality in Block Management module. Content Filtering which encompasses filtering
articles/content by type, author, category, number of articles etc lends finer control over
content display on templates designed by you in Template Management module. Custom Block even
allows you to build your own block level html thereby offering unimpeded design capabilities and
flexibility when it comes to controlling and managing your site design.

Role Based Access Control: Group and User management module lets the administrator define role
based access rights to different sections of the Admin Module. This offers a distributed content
management control with the Administrator having the overall control of the content being posted
to the site.

Example groups like:
• Group for editors with permission to post, edit, delete articles in some/all sections
• Group for web designers with access to some/all templates
• Group for administrator with complete access level.

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Category Control exists both for the Articles and the CMS Section. In the articles section, you
could create nested categories for a better and well organized content layout. Combined with
User/Group management module, you could also have each Category being looked after by its own
team as far as content posting is concerned.

CMS Category management allows you to add non content pages like About Us, Contact Us, Privacy
Policy and other such pages which in general are "Static Pages On Any Site"

TEMPLATE IMPORT/EXPORT MANAGEMENT

Template Export/Import has been one of the latest feature additions to software and was aimed at
providing a means of keeping offsite template backup. This utility allows the admin to export all
components & resources used in template (images, css files, js files, sources and blocks) and
creates single archive file on the fly. Saved archived template is installed with Software’s
template import tool. This complements the Template Backup/Restore utility also in providing an
off-site template backup should it be needed for disaster recovery at any
instant of time.

VOTING AND POLL MANAGEMENT

Multi-vote system lets you create unlimited votings. Simply create your voting questions and
answers and load them into the template the same way you load other modules. Start by creating a
new voting. Open the Voting Management tab from the left navigation menu and click Add New
Voting.

NAVIGATION BAR MANAGEMENT

This is also called as Breadcrumb navigation, locates the current webpage in the context of a
navigation path.

An example of navigation bar:

To create the navigation bar, Open Manage Categories tab and click Navigation Bar settings.
Adjust the basic style for navigation bar, enter the name and click Save Style.
